Diamond DA42 Twin Star
The DA42 Twin Star realises all options which are possible today with regard to speed, range, superior safety on a completely new economical and environmental level.
The DA42 Twin Star is a twin engine, four-seat, carbon composite low-wing aircraft with twin Thielert Centurion 2.0 Turbo-Diesel power plants with the choice to be operated either with Diesel or Jet A1 fuel. Fuel consumption is cut in half, compared to similar aircraft. Furthermore, the DA42 is exceptionally quiet.

The Garmin G1000 sets new standards in pilot training. Together with the digital engine management (FADEC), work load is substantially reduced, leading to increased safety. Future airline pilots benefit from technologies which are to be found later on in cockpits of large transport aircraft or corporate jets.
In combination with the New Generation D-SIM-42, the DA42 is the ideal training platform for the Multiengine and Instrument Rating MEP/IR.
